Due to the nature of crystals and spiritual goods, all crystal and physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your package arrives damaged, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim and complete the required form directly with the postal carrier. Once your order is shipped, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the carrier.

Please note: All readings, Reiki, energy work, and digital/spiritual services are final sale.

Because these services are energetically delivered and time is reserved specifically for you, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on readings or Reiki under any circumstances.
